I turn my eyes,
As the sky turns jet black.
The little things we see.
The stars coming out.
The birds settling in,
That dear old, sweet blue jay,
Singing her song to me.
Stardust gently falling from the sky,
Stardust to remember me by.
The moon shinning high above,
Making this a time I'll always love.
With the fireflies dancing like stars,
Floating around in the air.
Landing on flower petals,
Making them flow softly.
A breeze making waves,
In the long grass around me.
Tickling my ankles,
Soft on my bare feet.
Dancing on tip-toes,
Turning,
With hands toward the sky.
Night time is my time,
And then comes the day.

Two fingers up
He doesn't want any one dead
Careful with what he says
All he wants to make is friends
Stop the wars and let things mend
He's brave and now I'm sure
Things wont ever be just a show
As honest as you and I
Lets raise our arms up to the sky
Fallow him
I think he's right
We have to fix whats wrong
And set hings straight
Because these people we're supposed to look up to are starting to bend and break
They don;t know
Or have a clue
But how funny
We do
He lives off of love
And I think we should learn to do it, too

It didn't start out right
Just a stupid little fight
That seem to ruin things some nights
Over little things
I just seem to freak out
Like at the mall how I started to pout
All you were doing was going to work out
I should of just listened
And let you go
But I had to try and make you stay
And I still miss you to this day
It feels like your gone
But you're just home
When I was a little girl
Like in that picture you have
My mom and dad
they told me things would get better eventually
And I think the day I met you
It did
Things got brighter
And my heart got lighter
